Orders $149.00 plus are shipped “Free” within the Continental U.S. (the contiguous 48 states). Shipping Charges will be waived on orders if the net price of the entire order (not including tax) is $149.00 or over.

We ship via both FedEx and UPS. We will make best effort to ship your order complete the day it is received. Orders received after 3:00 pm PST may ship the following day. AK and HI orders may be accepted provided the additional charges for shipping will be processed via USPS mail – instead of UPS .

Unfortunately, due to inventory or the time we receive your order , we will try but cannot guarantee same day processing.  Note: We can not guarantee delivery day or time of day, even for expedited service.

If we are out of stock of an item we will hold your order until we can complete it. We will always advise you of a revised shipping date.

NOTE! Some larger orders require an email response from you or a phone call from the “Bill to” customer before we can ship the order.

There Are No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges On Filters

Please take great care when selecting the right filter for your Softub: there are no returns, refunds or exchanges if you choose the wrong filter. Measure both your drain cover and your filter’s collar: they will both measure either 5 1/2 inches or 4 inches in diameter and each fits a different filter.
