@Ease Test Strips
These test strips are made exclusively for the new @Ease Floating Sanitizing System. They show a chlorine test result for the specially formulated chlorine used in the @Ease cartridges and take into account the effect of the accompanying Frog mineral silver sanitizer.
Each basic kit already includes @Ease test strips but if you need extra strips, you can buy them here.
The new @Ease system combines FROG sanitizing minerals with SmartChlor® Technology to kill bacteria two ways. The system is basically a floating ball, with one-half of the ball releasing a silver-based mineral and the other half releasing a unique patented chlorine. The whole system floats in your filter compartment. The result is Fresh Mineral Water® that’s silky soft with far less odor and the easiest water to maintain. It’s self-regulating! When the SmartChlor Cartridge is depleted – the ball flips over! So you will be reminded to replace the empty cartridge with a new one.
You will still test your water regularly with @Ease test strips provided with your kit. These are calibrated to detect the special combination of chlorine used by the system and takes into account the combined santizing effect of both chlorine and metallic silver.
